Trust overview

The Chadwick family Trust (the trust), established as a Ahu Whenua Trust in 1977 has land and commercial interests in both Taumarunui and Hastings.

The land & commercial interests in Taumarunui consist of:

1. Sheep & beef farm on two separate blocks, Hohotaka 2G and Manunui A16
2. Pinus Radiata Forest and Nga Whenua Rahui block on Waituhi Kuratau 4B2A2
3. Commercial Property at 119 Hakiaha street and 3 Hikaia street Taumarunui
4. Residential land on Taupo Road and Ngatai street, Taumarunui

The land interests in Hastings consist of:

1. Two orchard blocks (60 ha approx.), one located off Collinge Road, Hastings and the other surrounding
2. Kohupatiki Marae, Clive which about 10 km south of Napier.
3. The trust has a shareholding of approximately 250.
