Forest Partnership
Waituhi Kuratau 4B2A2 with a total area of 302hectares consists of:
- 234 hectares (171 hectares effective) pinus radiate forest
- 50 hectares of native forest which has been set aside as Nga Whenua Rahui
With the remainder in fenced conservation planting around stream networks as part of land improvement agreement with the Waikato Valley Authority in 1980.
The pinus radiata forest block, planted in 1993, is a joint venture with Glendean Forestry Partnership.
