Hohotaka farm

Located on Hohotaka Road off State Highway 41 that runs between Turangi and Taumarunui. Hohataka farm consists of 2 blocks of land; Hohotaka 2G and Manunui A16 with a combined area of 485 hectares.

It is a moist summer hill country sheep and beef property within the upper Whanganui Catchment. About 10% of the property is flat to easy rolling, 60% strong rolling to moderately steep and 30% moderately steep to steep hill country. The property lies within the jurisdictions of the Ruapehu District Council and Horizons Regional Council.

The farm has excellent access with well established tracks throughout. Stock water consists of reticulated water troughs or dams with some streams. Farm buildings, yards and other structures are in good serviceable condition.
