5 distinct separate blocks comprise the Hastings orchards with a combined total area of approximately 60 hectares.
These have been planted in a variety of apples and are presently leased to 2 Hawke’s Bay based companies.
4 blocks surround Kohupatiki Marae. These being:
- Pt Rotopounamu 1C3
- Rotopounamu 1B2B
- Rotopounamu 1B4
- Te Puninga 4B1
The last block, Karamu H1B5B is located on Collinge Road, which is on the eastern outskirts of Hastings city.
